Step
One: Open the Start Up Menu at
the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Step Two: Click and
open All Programs at the bottom of the
Start-up Menu

Three: Open the folder: Accessories
(arrow 1)
Step Four: Open the
folder: System Tools (arrow 2)

Five: Click on the icon Disk
Defragmenter
|

Step
Six: Click ok to allow the program to start.
(XP will not pop up with asking to open the program)
Step Seven: Click Defragment
Now when the screen pops up

Eight: Select the drives you want to
defrag and then press OK

Nine: The Defrag will begin and the green
check mark will become a blue circle
