Do you miss those old DOS games? Well you
can still enjoy them on your computer.
Afraid emulators are far too advanced for you? They are quite
easy, check out our tutorial to learn how to use them?
Step
One: Open up your emulator. Make sure your
emulator is unzipped.
For this example I am going to use
DOS BOX. It helps to have some basic knowledge of
DOS to work this program for some advanced settings, but
this tutorial will be able to get you playing your games
in no time.

| Step
Two: The program will open. In the front
screen you will need to type in some stuff. Ok you will
need to have your games unzipped and in a folder. The
game I am using will be in the folder "mario"
in the C drive. So if your game is on the D drive will
need to type in D instead of C and the folder you are
using instead of "mario". For the example I am
using the folder C:\mario
Type In: MOUNT C C:\mario

|
| Step
Three: Press Enter. If the
file you chose existed the screen will look the screen
this screen shot.

|
|
| Step
Four: Now you will need to change that Z to
whatever drive you are using. Again I am using the C
Drive for this example if you are using the D drive you
would type D (unless you named the mount something other
than the drive you are using, then you would type the
letter you named the mount).
Type in: C:

|
| Step
Five: If this worked the letter in the
left corner will turn from Z:\> to C:\> or
whatever letter your drive is. Now that you are mounted
to the specific folder where your executable game file
is type in the name of the file. In this example I am
using Mario.exe
Type In: mario.exe

|
|
| Step
Six: Press Enter. If the game
comes up you are successful. If the game has an error
you may need to download a patchand should consult
the website you downloaded the game from.
