Step One: Click to open C Cleaner 

Step Two: When the program comes up it will look like this screen shot. Click Run Cleaner to begin the scan

Step Three: The program will very quickly scan through your computer and this is what it will look like when the scan is complete. Simply X out of the program and you are done
