Tutorials-Vista-Defrag

Step One: Open the Start Up Menu at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Step Two: Click and open All Programs at the bottom of the Start-up Menu.

Step Three: Open the folder: Accessories (arrow 1)
Step Four: Open the folder: System Tools (arrow 2) 

Step Five: Click on the icon Disk Defragmenter 

Step Six: Click ok to allow the program to start. (XP will not pop up with asking to open the program)
Step Seven: Click Defragment Now when the screen pops up

Step Eight: Select the drives you want to  defrag and then press OK

Step Nine: The Defrag will begin and the green check mark will become a blue circle
