Step One: Click to open TweakNow RegCleaner

Step Two: When the program comes up it will look like this screen shot. Click Registry Defragmenter.

Step Three: Click on Defragment Now. The second screenshot is what RegCleaner looks like as it defrags.

Step Four: When RegCleaner is done defragging it will need to be restarted. When the pop-up window appears click Restart.

Step Five: When your computer restarts a window will pop-up automatically with a comparison of your registry before and after the defrag. Click Close and you are finished.
